Most Expensive Condo Buildings in Miami’s Brickell Neighborhood

Brickell, often dubbed the “Manhattan of the South,” is Miami’s premier financial district. It’s a place where the skyline glistens with opulence and sophistication. For luxury home buyers, Brickell offers a unique blend of high-end living, stunning bay views, and proximity to top-tier amenities. In this blog post, we’ll explore the most expensive condo buildings in Brickell and what makes them stand out in Miami’s competitive real estate market.

Echo Brickell

Echo Brickell is a soaring 57-story condo complex located at number 1451 of its namesake Brickell Avenue in Miami, Florida. The tower was completed in 2017 with a total of 166 one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units. This condo is characterized by staples of modern interior and exterior design. Its inside spaces are the work of local firm YOO Studio and the exterior facade of architect Carlos Ott. Both contributors shaped the combined final product in a unique way. Suites are as visually stunning as they are practical, with floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant windows. Elegant marble flooring, Wolf/SubZero appliances, and smart home controls similarly satisfy the needs of both form and function. Whether a one-bedroom unit or a two-floor penthouse with enough space to sleep multiple families, condos at Echo Brickell aren’t cheap. The most ‘cost-effective’ options on the price scale start at $900,000.

Baccarat Residences

The Baccarat Residences brand recently bought into Miami’s luxury condo market by laying out plans for a brand-new 75-story project on 444 Brickell Avenue. It’s scheduled for completion in 2026, but that isn’t stopping prospective buyers from inquiring about the limited 360 suites to be built. Each one will have ample space at a cost of roughly $1,800 per square foot. The diverse catalog of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom floor plans comprises both traditional residences and penthouses, in addition to a select number of riverfront flats and duplexes. Most will come with a private outdoor terrace or two, as well. As for shared spaces, Baccarat Residences is set to boast 73,000 square feet of amenities, including a fully equipped fitness center, a Grand Salon, a resort deck, a game room, a spa, a private screening room, electric vehicle charging stations, and a bike storage space. The 10,000-square-foot waterfront restaurant on the ground floor won’t be the only five-star dining establishment in town – ConSentido Miami, Rosa Sky, and La Mar by Gastón Acurio are already proud business residents of Brickell.

Brickell Flatiron

Among many other costly condos within Miami’s nexus of success, Brickell Flatiron is located at 1000 Brickell Plaza. The flatiron-shaped building was unveiled by CMC Group and Ugo Colombo in 2019. There are 527 one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom residences inside, ranging between 737 and 2,025 square feet. The penthouses offer quite a bit more space – 1,350 to 6,487 square feet spread across two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans. Italian designer Massimo Iosa Ghini adorned suite interiors with luxurious touches like glass balcony doors, Miele appliances, Snider Italian cabinets, and marble bathrooms. Anyone with at least $910,000 to spare for a space here can look forward to several amenities as well, from a rooftop pool, spa, sauna, and fitness center to a children’s playroom, a private movie theater, a wine room, and a social lounge.

Millennium Tower

Millennium Tower is the same place high-profile travelers punch into their GPS upon arriving for a stay in Miami. It’s home to both the renowned Four Seasons hotel and a community of 163 luxury residences. Full-time residency is like a permanent vacation, made complete by unfettered access to the slew of five-star amenities guests are privy to downstairs – an Equinox gym, multiple pools, a spa, and 24-hour concierge service. There aren’t any rental restrictions on private units, although it’s hard to see how anyone wouldn’t want any of these two-bedroom, three-bedroom, or four-bedroom condos all to themselves. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Walk-in closets, full-size washers and dryers, and towering ceilings add to the list of reasons one might spend a minimum of $1.3 Million at Millennium Tower.

Una Residences

The urban artists at Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture drew inspiration from yacht design when planning this 47-story tower in Brickell. Located at 25th Street and Brickell Avenue, Una Residences has been in the works for quite some time. The ongoing project is set to finish construction by 2025. Its 135 luxury condos will offer two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans with expansive terraces and floor-to-ceiling – but more importantly, noise-canceling – glass windows. They’re also set to feature Chef’s kitchens, master suites with multiple closets, and private elevator entrances. Amenities will include a bayfront pool and an outdoor lap pool, a family pool, a Jacuzzi, a movie theater, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa, a party room, a catering kitchen, and three levels of underground parking. If that all sounds expensive, that’s because it is; preconstruction prices for Una Residences are a couple of million dollars, minimum. The most expensive homes are north of $10 million.
