We are very close to the heated community pool, recreation room, laundry facilities, and free trolley on Midnight Pass Road and only a couple minutes’ walk to the beach. Walk to Stickney Point grocery store, many restaurants, bars, boat/bicycle/golf cart rentals, drug store, shopping, and marina. Casa Blanca is a short, free trolly ride to Siesta Village and short drive to downtown Sarasota, nightlife, cultural district, marina, Longboat Key, St Armand’s Circle for shopping and less than 30 minutes to the Sarasota airport.
