Top Miami Apartment Buildings With Co-Working Space

In a dynamic city like Miami, where the sun shines brightly, and the beaches beckon, finding the perfect balance between work and relaxation is essential. For many young professionals and digital nomads, traditional office spaces are being replaced by more flexible, convenient options that blend seamlessly into their lifestyle. Enter the world of Miami’s top apartment buildings with co-working spaces.

In this blog post, we’ll explore the best apartment buildings in Miami that offer co-working spaces, providing a convenient and productive environment without sacrificing the comforts of home. You’ll discover why these spaces are increasingly popular, their benefits, and how they can transform your work-life balance. Whether you’re new to Miami or a long-time resident looking for a change, we’ve got you covered.

Coral Park

The fabulous Coral Park building is as dreamy as it gets when it comes to high-rise apartment living in Miami. This brand-new apartment tower is just the latest addition to Miami’s luxury real estate market, having been completed in 2024 by a consortium of local development and design firms. Dorsky + Yue International, Kushner Companies, and PTM Partners collaborated to build all 36 stories in the span of only a couple of years. The tower has 420 residential units and 4,200 square feet of retail space on its ground floor.

There’s a diverse range of one-bedroom and multi-bedroom layouts to choose from, each one adorned with elegant finishes like premium stainless-steel appliances, modern cabinet fixtures, and all-glass showers. Residents enjoy the privilege of being able to step out onto their balconies for the best views in town. Individual perspectives obviously depend on floor and direction, but all incorporate a mix of city skylines and one of several nearby bodies of water. The Miami River is a few miles away while the Intracoastal Waterway is even closer. You don’t need to even leave the premises for a splash, though. Coral Park has its very own pool and whirlpool spa. Remote professionals will appreciate the on-site co-working space, which, unlike WeWork, comes with additional access to an expansive fitness center, sauna, steam room, community dining space, sports lounge, kids’ room, and pet spa.

Crest at Pinecrest

Soaring high above the nexus of the Florida 826 and Pinecrest Parkway, the Crest at Pinecrest apartment building is hard to miss when driving through Miami. The tower was just recently finished in 2022 but it’s already a hot commodity in the local real estate market. 296 studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom accommodations offer renters up to 1,288 square feet of living space.

Suites higher up within the 18 stories have a full and unobstructed skyline view. Residents who live on lower floors can also take in gorgeous scenery from the shared terrace or other window-encompassed amenities like an indoor bar, a lounge, a games room, and a gym. Crest at Pinecrest’s coworking stations are also a nice change from the apartment environment. Although, it’s worth recognizing how beautiful these apartments actually are. Custom designer lighting does justice to the stunning features inside, which range from self-closing imported custom cabinetry to brand-new Samsung appliances.

Miami Apartments With Coworking Space

Eve at The District

If regular apartment buildings are the standard sedans of the housing world, Eve at The District is a luxury sports car – sleek, flashy, and designed for those who appreciate the finer things in life. Located at 3635 NE 1st Avenue, this Midtown residential complex stands 19 stories tall. It comprises various one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans between 695 and 1,779 square feet in size. Leases are understandably hard to get thanks to the building’s prime location and top-notch amenities. But for those lucky enough to snag a spot, Eve offers a lifestyle that’s more resort than residence.

Step into the lobby, and you’ll feel like you’ve entered a five-star hotel. The concierge service is ready to cater to your every whim, while Wi-Fi and controlled access prove this place is as cutting-edge as it is luxurious. Past its tightly run perimeter awaits a pool, a spa, a sundeck, a cabana, a gym, and a game room. There are also practical amenities like a coworking area, a business center, and a multi-use room.

The Elser

Hotel living is closer and more affordable than you think thanks to The Elser – a 49-story tower that accommodates both travelers and city dwellers in the heart of Downtown Miami. Property Markets Group (PMG), Greybrook Partners, and Sieger Suarez Architects completed this project in 2022 with a vision to redefine urban living. They’ve done just that through 646 fully-furnished residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Each space is thoughtfully appointed with porcelain wood-grain tiles, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase stunning views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Residents and guests alike can indulge in an array of luxurious amenities, including a 19,000-plus square foot double amenity deck featuring everything from a 132-foot resort-style pool and 16-foot-long screening wall to a sky entertainment lounge, grilling terrace, and two-level co-working lab.

Biscayne Shores

Biscayne Shores overlooks – you guessed it – Biscayne’s shores from a prime address on 112th Street in Miami. Integra Investments, Korgeous Group, and DCL Capital acquired 8.2 acres of waterfront property for the development in 2020. Along with a premium waterfront location, few buildings offer as many amenities as this place does – shared spaces and facilities range from staples like a pool and game room to less-common coworking spaces, a playground, and a boat launch. Most studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom suites have stone countertops, high ceilings, crown molding, walk-in closets, and matte black finishings throughout. Not to mention the jaw-dropping views of the waterfront.

The Rise of Co-Working Spaces in Residential Buildings

The Shift to Remote Work: The shift to remote work has become more than just a trend—it’s a new way of life. Many companies have adopted flexible work policies, allowing employees to work from anywhere. This has led to an increased demand for co-working spaces within residential buildings, offering the perfect solution for remote workers who need a professional environment without the commute.

Benefits of Co-Working Spaces: Co-working spaces provide numerous benefits, including networking opportunities, collaboration, and access to amenities that aren’t typically available at home. By living in a building with a co-working space, you can enjoy the best of both worlds—convenience and productivity.

Why Miami? Miami is a hub for innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Its diverse culture and vibrant lifestyle attract professionals from various industries. Combining work and leisure in such a dynamic city is not only practical but also inspiring.
